Sectors

Industrial

The Industrials sector includes companies that manufacture and distribute capital goods in support of industries such as aerospace and defense, construction and engineering, and electrical equipment and heavy machinery.  In our experience, Wall Street usually underestimates the income generating power and business flexibility of the companies in this sector.  Countering this misconception usually requires an aggressive, proactive and consistent IR strategy.

Health & Life Sciences

The Health & Life Sciences sector is an aggregation and integration of sectors within the economic system that provide goods and services to treat patients with curative, preventive, rehabilitative, and palliative care.  It is heavily dependent on research, trials, patents and approvals.  Securing access to financing and market capitalization are of paramount importance to companies in this sector.  Integra has successfully represented various bio technology and research companies.  A proper IR strategy for this sector requires an in depth knowledge of the industry in order to successfully relay the proper message to our audiences.

Energy

The energy sector has traditionally never been an industry that communicates at a high level; suffering an “old school” approach to IR, although that is changing.   At Integra, we understand this challenge and we educate not only the company, but new investors to the sector, in the nuances we have learned over our years of experience developing successful IR strategies.

Alternative & Emerging Industries

From Hemp/CBDs to robotics and nanotech, these are pioneering industries in predominantly unestablished markets. They can be aggressive and fast paced, but are often subject to variables such as legislative and political climates.  These equities often demand a high degree of hands on attention and flexibility from an IR partnership.  Integra is well prepared for such environments.

Metals & Mining

The metals and mining sector is the industry dedicated to the location and extraction of metal and mineral reserves around the world. Global reserves of metals and minerals are mined for profit and then used in jewelry-making, industrial applications and investments. The sector has a significant number of companies located around the world.  As such, an intelligent investor relations approach in this sector often requires a team that not only has global experience, but understands the different economic, geo-political, and market factors in play when preparing to represent a company in this sector.

Environmental & Sustainability

In broad terms, this sector deals with waste management, air pollution, water and waste, along with environmental services and equipment, as well as the development, technology and practice of responsible natural resource use and renewable resource efforts. Companies in this sector are generally reliant on developing or emerging technologies that seek to provide solutions to pollution, conservation, and efficient resource use. A comprehensive IR approach is necessary to explain new technology to our audiences and educate them on their potential.

Technology, Media & Telecom

The technology, media and telecom sector includes a wide range of companies, but they are interrelated in that they heavily depend on research & development (R&D), the value of patents and other intellectual property protections, and preferring rapid company growth. As a result, valuation of companies in this industry segment may tolerate relatively high price to earnings (P/E) ratios in favor of enterprise value to sales (EV/Sales). With extensive experience in this sector, Integra is uniquely positioned to develop and implement successful IR strategies tailored to each situation.

Retail & Consumer

The biggest economic activity driver in the United States, this sector comprises everything from clothing to restaurants.  From trendy to boring.  From splashy to dull.  It is also heavily dependent on often imported raw materials or foreign labor.  This sector requires investors that understand trends and the consumer mentality.  Developing the right strategy requires an understanding of the entire production cycle and cost as well as the appropriate advertising campaign that will excite the consumer, driving sales, profits and investor activity.

Financial Services

The Financial sector is the set of institutions, instruments, and markets. It also includes the legal and regulatory framework that permit transactions to be made through the extension of credit. It is the one of the foundational cornerstones of any economy, and one of the hardest to innovate, given how heavily regulated it is. Integra, through the experience of its team, is in a position to devise carefully planned strategies for companies in this sector that allow for an effective IR outreach while maintaining compliance with all laws and regulations.

Agricultural

The Agriculture sectors comprise establishments primarily engaged in growing crops, raising animals, and harvesting fish and other animals.  It is typically a cyclical sector, and heavily dependent on external factors such as weather and global developments.  Environmental and sustainability concerns have become additional forces that drive efforts and innovation in this sector.  At Integra, we not only know, but understand this and other forces at play here.  Lately, the cannabis industry has emerged as a new agricultural product that spans several sectors and is subject to heavy regulation.  We have represented companies in the Agricultural sector and continue to successfully do so.
